American Indian Foods (AIF) Export Readiness Training/Seminar

You are invited to participate in the American Indian Foods (AIF) Export Readiness Training/Seminar,  Tuesday, December 11 through Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Las Vegas during the 2018 Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC) Annual Membership Meeting.

American Indian Foods (AIF) Export Readiness Training/Seminar

This seminar is designed for ongoing program participants who have attended a Level I seminar.
The December program will feature sessions on digital marketing, social media and export
strategies.

Travel and Meeting/Seminar Schedule
December 10, Monday- travel day to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
December 11, Tuesday- morning general session begins at 8:00am to include attending
Intertribal Agriculture Council opening ceremony, luncheon and afternoon session.
December 12, Wednesday- seminar from 9:00am-4:30pm with breaks for coffee and lunch.
December 13, Thursday- seminar from 9:00am-12noon. Participants have the option of
traveling home after the conclusion of the seminar on December 13.
December 14, Friday- travel day.
Steps to register for IAC meeting and AIF seminar
Step 1- Register for membership meeting. Online registration is required for participation in

the IAC activities and AIF export training. Kindly register and complete the application-

Step 2- Register for export seminar. Each participant must complete the AIF Event Registration
form and return to Tina Voigt at tvoigt@indianaglink.com or by fax to 406-256-9980. The
$50.00 registration fee payable by check needs to be mailed to the address on the form.
Step 3- Complete hotel booking. The conference will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas
and seminar participants must stay in the IAC room block to qualify for hotel reimbursement.

Deadline for reservations under IAC room block is November 19.
One participant per company is reimbursed after attending the three-day event & training
(December 10-12) for their lodging, travel expenses and a federal per diem rate for meals after
all required forms (trip report, contribution & evaluation) are submitted.
Original receipts are required for expenses to be reimbursed which include airline travel, hotel,
mileage, parking, etc. Taxi, shuttles and private transportation services (Uber/Lyft) are
recommended as rental cars are not eligible for reimbursement. Attendees must be present for
the entire three-day meeting and seminar to be reimbursed for their travel expenses.
The deadline for registering for this export seminar is November 19, 2018.
